Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to support the construction and repair of trailer chassis, cargo components, and structural steel parts. The ideal candidate will have strong MIG welding and fabrication skills, the ability to interpret engineering drawings, and hands‑on experience assembling structural components using jigs. This role requires precision, attention to quality, and compliance with safety standards. A weld test , background check , and drug screening are required as part of the hiring process. Schedule is Full Time- 6:00AM-4:30 PM Monday through Thursday. Friday will be OT.2 15 minute breaks 1 at 8:00AM the 2nd at 2:30PM and ½ hour lunch 11:00AM-11:30

AM Key Responsibilities:

Welding & Fabrication:

Perform high‑quality MIG welding on trailer chassis, steel frames, outriggers, and other structural components.

Assembly:

Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to accurately position, align, and weld parts using jigs and fixtures.

Structural Work:

Build, repair, and reinforce trailer chassis and cargo components to meet quality and safety standards.

Quality & Safety:

Ensure welds meet company and industry specifications.

Required Qualifications:

Proven MIG welding experience (required) Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints Strong fabrication and structural welding skills Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
