• One year of welding experience or a diploma from a welding trade school
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and process-oriented working genius The successful candidate will have MIG welding experience with steel.

MIG welding experience with aluminum and TIG welding experience with Stainless Steel a plus. Summary This position reports to the Fabrication Supervisor. This position is classified as full time. This position involves following shop drawings to weld and fabricate steel fixtures, tooling, structural steel sections, specialty truck beds, and more.
