As a Tig Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures, ensuring high-quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. $23.00 Plus per hour depending on experience. Duties Perform TIG welding on various materials, including stainless steel and aluminum. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications. Assemble and rig components according to project requirements. Utilize power tools and equipment for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal parts. Conduct plasma cutting as needed for precise fabrication. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members on construction sites to meet project deadlines. Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Tig Welder or in a similar role within the manufacturing or construction industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot welding issues. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications. Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes. Experience operating forklifts is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work in various environments, including construction sites. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
