Description
Hire Dynamics is currently seeking experienced MIG Welders for a weekend shift opportunity with a leading manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for candidates with strong welding skills who are looking to maximize their work week while enjoying additional days off.
Schedule
Friday - Sunday
6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Overtime may be available based on production needs
Primary Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on manufactured metal components according to specifications and blueprints
Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions
Set up welding equipment and ensure proper machine settings
Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards
Use grinders, hand tools, and measuring devices as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Meet daily production and quality goals
Job Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing or fabrication experience
Welding certifications are a plus but not required
Experience working with steel and other metal materials
