Job Description

Schedule:
Monday through Friday - 6:00am to 3:30pm or 11:00pm to 7:00am Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Rework Welder to join our team in Spartanburg. This role involves reworking prewelded assemblies, performing MIG and TIG welding, and ensuring quality through thorough inspections. Enjoy a stable work schedule with a competitive pay rate of $23 - $24 per hour. What You'll Do Examine and assess surface defects of parts Perform MIG welding to fill holes and gaps Conduct leak tests on components and rework as needed Operate robotic weld cells and other equipment Document non-conformances and assist in quality control What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Minimum six months of related manufacturing experience Ability to read and comprehend instructions Dependability and respectfulness Flexibility and attention to detail Perks & Benefits of Working with WorkSmart Health benefits Earned wage access 401k plan Referral and longevity bonuses Equal Employment Opportunity WorkSmart is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
