Job Description
Polydeck is seeking a Welder B to help fabricate quality steel components used in our products. This hands-on role involves welding, inspecting finished parts, and working with the fabrication team to meet production goals.

[Insert Schedule] What You'll Do Read work orders and blueprints to prepare for production. Gather materials needed for welding operations. Weld and assemble steel components according to specifications. Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met. Bundle and prepare completed products for the next production step. Use equipment such as welders, grinders, saws, and measuring tools. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Help the team meet daily production goals. What We're Looking For High school diploma orGED. 2-3
years of welding experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and work instructions. Ability to read measurements and perform basic calculations. Welding certification is preferred. Strong attention to quality and safety. Dependable attendance and a positive team attitude. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 44 pounds. Stand and walk for most of the shift. Frequently lift, carry, stoop, and balance while handling materials. Perform bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and other physical tasks throughout the day. Work Environment Manufacturing facility with heat, dust, noise, and welding fumes. Regular use of welding, grinding, and fabrication equipment. Personal protective equipment (PPE) required, including safety glasses and steel-toed shoes. Why Polydeck?
