Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and energetic Pipe Welder - Combo to join our dynamic fabrication and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precise welding on various piping systems, utilizing both MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding techniques. Your expertise will ensure the integrity and safety of pipe installations across diverse projects, from manufacturing to construction sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of materials, including sheet metal and ductwork, while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Your mechanical knowledge, blueprint reading skills, and ability to operate power tools will be essential in delivering top-quality craftsmanship on every project. Duties Read and interpret detailed schematics, blueprints, and welding symbols to accurately execute pipe fabrication and installation Perform
MIG, TIG, FCAW

> welding on pipes of various sizes and materials in accordance with ASME codes & standards Use calipers, micrometers, hand tools, and power tools to measure, cut, shape, and assemble pipe components with precision Operate plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to create custom pipe fittings and ductwork Rigging and handling heavy pipe sections using cranes or forklifts to ensure safe positioning for welding or assembly Conduct pipe threading, soldering, and assembly tasks following schematic diagrams and technical specifications Maintain a clean work environment by adhering to safety protocols during welding, machining, and fabrication processes Experience Proven construction site experience working with piping systems or metal fabrication projects Extensive hands-on experience with MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW, and <
LOCATION
> welding techniques in industrial or construction settings Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brakes, and machining equipment Knowledge of ASME codes & standards related to pipe welding and fabrication practices Experience working with ductwork installation or manufacturing environments is a plus Ability to work safely at heights using rigging equipment or cranes; forklift certification is preferred Join our team if you're passionate about precision welding and fabrication!
