Pay Increases:

Welders receive a $0.50/hour increase after 90 days 1st

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM-11:00 AM (All welders start on 1st Shift and may move to 2nd Shift as production requires)

Full-Time Opportunity:

MIG Welder:

Perform MIG welding and related weld preparation and finishing operations Read and interpret mechanical drawings, weld symbols, and specifications Set up and make adjustments to welding equipment for production requirements Produce quality welds that meet established workmanship and customer standards Perform weld finishing using grinders and scaling tools Use weld gauges and visually inspect completed welds for quality and compliance Use flow meters and other welding-related equipment as required Perform both routine and moderately complex welding assignments Identify and resolve routine welding or production issues Follow established quality, safety, and production procedures Maintain required production schedules while delivering consistent workmanship Use basic computer functions for departmental tasks Work safely and in accordance with applicable industry standards and internal procedures Skills and Experience What You'll Bring as a

Preferred Candidate:
