Read and work directly from job orders, blueprints, and production schedules. Perform basic shop math (measurements, angles, tolerances) required for precise fitting and fabrication. Consistently meet established production quotas and job deadlines without sacrificing quality or safety. Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet structural and shop specifications.
