Welder Job Description We are seeking two skilled welders for a dynamic and growing company. The positions are available for the 2nd shift, running from 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Thursday. Successful candidates will undergo a Mig Welding test, including flat, uphill, and downhill techniques. Responsibilities Perform Mig Welding with proficiency in flat, uphill, and downhill positions. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise welding. Participate in a weld test and short interview prior to starting. Collaborate with team members to ensure welding tasks are completed efficiently. Essential Skills Proficiency in Mig Welding and flux core techniques. Ability to interpret and follow blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications TCAT certification is sufficient; expert or intermediate welding experience is not necessary. Willingness to undergo training as needed. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
