No extensive welding experience is required— training will be provided for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity to learn valuable welding and fabrication skills while working with structural steel. Responsibilities Learn and perform MIG welding using 1/16" welding wire . Weld and fabricate structural steel components. Assist with fitting, measuring, cutting, and positioning steel materials. Read and follow basic work instructions and measurements. Set up and safely operate welding equipment and hand tools. Inspect completed welds and assemblies for quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements. Work alongside experienced welders and fitters while developing welding skills. Qualifications Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply. Willingness to learn welding and fabrication. Previous welding, fitting, construction, or shop experience is a plus but not required.
