Job duties include:
Perform welding operations according to approved WPS and applicable welding codes Weld using processes such as
SMAW, GTAW
(Tig), GMAW (Mig), and/or FCAW Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and fitting components Maintain weld quality to meet visual, radiographic, and ultrasonic inspection standards Operate welding and related equipment safely and efficiently Document welds and maintain required quality and inspection records Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and job-site protocols Work with inspectors and supervisors to resolve weld issues or repairs
Requirements:
Experience with pipe welding (carbon, steel, stainless, alloy) Knowledge of structural and pipe welding Ability to pass an ASME 6G pipe test Ability to read blueprints and drawings Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals Must have reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work in all weather conditions This position requires a valid drivers license Applicants will be background and drug screened for this position For more information regarding this position, please email resumes to Karen Ramirez at [email protected] .
