Job Description

Structural Welder Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder to join a dynamic team focused on stainless steel structural projects. This role involves working on a range of projects, from large-scale to more detailed tasks, utilizing expertise in flux core welding. The ideal candidate will show enthusiasm for growth opportunities and structural fitting. Candidates should also be open to relocation and possess leadership experience if available. Responsibilities:
Perform structural welding using dual shield flux core process across various positions (2G, 3G, 4G). Work on stainless steel structural components, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety standards. Demonstrate proficiency in ASME Section 9 welding codes. Participate in large and small scale projects, contributing to timely and quality completions. Assist in structural fitting tasks as part of professional development. Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain a positive cultural fit; professionalism is essential. Prioritize submitting complete and accurate resumes for review before proceeding to next steps. Potential to take on leadership roles; previous lead welding experience is a plus.
Requirements:
Proven experience with flux core welding in a structural environment, particularly in stainless steel. Ability to weld in multiple positions (2G, 3G, 4G) in accordance with ASME Section 9 standards. Prior leadership experience or interest in advancing into leadership roles is desirable. Strong cultural fit, with a professional attitude and team-oriented mindset.
