Temp RPM Staffing is seeking a TIG Welder for Denison, TX! Position Summary We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to repair and salvage metal castings by identifying defects and performing high-quality weld repairs. The ideal candidate will have

TIG/GTAW

experience and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Perform TIG welding repairs on castings, including cracks, holes, and other defects Operate TIG welding equipment and basic hand tools Follow written work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures Complete required documentation for specialized jobs Maintain quality standards and customer specifications Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or GED Certified welder required At least 6 months of welding experience

TIG/GTAW

experience preferred, especially with aluminum Ability to successfully complete required military/aerospace welding certification testing Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and squat Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Work around heat, fumes, dust, and noise Must safely handle welding equipment, flame, and gas Must wear required protective equipment, including welding hood, face shield, apron, gloves, and protective clothing Paid weekly!
