Job Description
We weld on trailers and do general fab work. Looking for a solid aluminum welder who takes pride in clean welds.
Pay:
$25- $30/hr. to start Based on experience + certifications. Top pay for top hands. What you'll be doing
- MIG/TIG welding aluminum trailers, frames, and components
- Reading blueprints/specs
- Fab, fit-up, and general shop work
- Quality work that holds up — no bird crap welds
- What we need:
- Proven aluminum welding experience
- Can pass a weld test
- Certifications a plus, but skill pays
- Reliable, show up on time, drug-free
- Own basic tools/hood preferred
- What we offer:
- Consistent work — not a gig job
- Pay depends on what you can do: $25/hr starting, up to $30/hr for certified/experienced welders
- Small crew, no BS
- Overtime available when we're busy
