MIG/TIG Welder Location:
Ennis, Texas About Us:

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and welding metal components, reading and interpreting blueprints, and ensuring the quality of finished products. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine the layout of welding and assembly. Measure and cut materials using a variety of tools such as saws, shears, and plasma torches. Fit and assemble metal components to create finished products according to project specifications. Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead). Inspect and test welded joints to ensure they meet quality and specification standards. Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition. Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Welder and Fitter or similar role. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specification s. Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick). Experience with various materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Ability to operate fabrication equipment (saws, shears, grinders) safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail and precision. Good physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job. Welding certification (e.g., AWS) is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
