Role:

Trinity Staffing Solutions LLC is looking for an Experienced Welder to join a dynamic team in Grand Prairie, TX! Responsibilities:

Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on a variety of metals and materials Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications Operate welding equipment, grinders, and other fabrication tools safely Follow all safety protocols including proper use of PPE and welding safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe work environment Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

Proven experience as a welder in a professional or industrial setting Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding processes Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality welds Knowledge of metal types, welding techniques, and fabrication processes AWS certification or equivalent welding certification preferred Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods in a shop environment
