TIG Welder /
Fabricator Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 5:00 AM•3:30
PM Pay Rate:
$18•$22 per hour, based on experience We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder with strong fabrication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on TIG welding experience and be confident working with various metals in a fabrication environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials as required Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings accurately Fit, fabricate, and assemble components per specifications using appropriate tools and techniques Measure, cut, and prepare materials for welding and assembly Inspect finished welds and fabricated parts to ensure compliance with quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Operate safely and efficiently in a fast-paced fabrication environment
Requirements:
Recent TIG welding experience (within the last 1-2 years) Strong fabrication skills with the ability to fit and assemble metal components independently Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Proficiency with measuring tools, hand tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Welding certification(s) (not required but a plus) Experience with TIG welding or other fabrication methods Why Join Us?
