Partner Program Build More Than Steel. Build a Career. RPM Staffing is looking for skilled Structural Welders who take pride in their work and enjoy seeing a project come together from the ground up. If you're experienced with stick welding and ready to put your skills to work building steel structures, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do As a Structural Welder, you'll be responsible for permanently joining metal components using welding techniques to ensure strength, quality, and precision in the construction of steel buildings. Qualifications- Working knowledge of stick welding
- Must be able to pass a stick weld test
- Must meet all pre-screening requirements
- Strong attention to safety and quality
