Job Description:

We are seeking a Welder/Fabricator to produce a wide range of custom projects. You will turn blueprints or sketches into quality finished products.

What You Bring:

Proven experience with GMAW (MIG) welding and steel fabrication. Ability to read a tape measure and interpret drawings. Understanding of metal fabrication equipment and practices. Drive to learn and improve skills. Attention to detail.

Bonus Skills & Experience:

Sheet metal shear and brake Ironworker Manual lathe CNC plasma TIG welding

Your Responsibilities:

Work both independently and collaboratively to bring designs to completion. Communicate with customers, production team, and others, as required to ensure the success of the project. Operate all shop equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace. Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods of time and safely maneuver in a production shop environment. Able to climb temporary or permanent stairs, and ladders. Able to bend, squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, balance, stoop, and reach on a regular basis.
