Responsibilities Perform TIG and MIG welding on various metals including stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel. Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings. Set up welding equipment and select appropriate materials and techniques. Inspect welds for accuracy and quality using measuring tools and visual inspection. Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Assist with other fabrication or shop tasks as needed. Maintain productivity and quality standards during the 2nd shift schedule. Requirements Minimum 5 years of TIG/MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting. Proficiency in reading blueprints and welding symbols. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must pass a welding proficiency test. Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials safely. Reliable transportation and punctuality.
