The company builds, repairs, rebuilds, and customizes trailers for agricultural, commercial, and recreational use. Their service department performs fabrication, welding, rebuilding, repainting, and repair work on a wide variety of trailer types

Position:

Welder Job Responsibilities Perform MIG, stick, and other welding processes on trailer frames and components. Fabricate, assemble, and repair trailer structures and parts. Read and follow blueprints, measurements, and work orders. Repair cracked, damaged, or worn trailer components. Assist with trailer manufacturing and custom fabrication projects. Operate welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication equipment safely. Inspect welds for quality, strength, and structural integrity. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work with mechanics and shop personnel on trailer repairs and rebuilds. Preferred Qualifications Previous welding or metal fabrication experience. Ability to read a tape measure and basic fabrication drawings. Experience using MIG welders, cutting torches, grinders, and shop tools. Strong attention to detail and workmanship. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a shop environment. Trailer, farm equipment, or heavy equipment welding experience is a plus.
