Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding techniques and the ability to work with various materials. This role requires attention to detail and the capability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and constructing components that meet our high-quality standards. Duties Fabricate and assemble metal structures according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements. Perform welding tasks such as soldering, rigging, and working with ductwork. Ensure all welds are completed to industry standards for strength and durability. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at client site. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance. Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes. Requirements Proven experience as a Welder or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate welding equipment safely. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Experience in MIG/TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
