$20.50/hr Remedy Staffing is hiring MIG Welders for a local fabrication shop in Tyler, TX. We're looking for dependable individuals who can produce quality welds while working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Schedule 1st: M

•10:30 PM Job Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on steel components according to production schedules and quality standards Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, weld symbols, and production drawings Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Ensure parts are produced to print and meet dimensional specifications Inspect materials and completed welds for defects, quality, and accuracy Perform visual weld inspections and identify areas requiring rework or repair Use measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, and gauges to verify specifications Grind, clean, and prepare metal surfaces before and after welding as needed Maintain production quotas while ensuring quality workmanship Complete all required production, quality, and safety documentation accurately and on time Report equipment issues, material shortages, or safety concerns to supervisors Assist with material handling, loading, unloading, and movement of fabricated parts throughout the facility
