Job Description

We are seeking a Production Welder to support a high-volume manufacturing operation. This role focuses on repetitive production welding in a structured, safety-driven environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable following blueprints, maintaining consistent weld quality, and working extended shifts based on production needs. Responsibilities Perform high-volume production welding on steel components Follow blueprints, schematics and work instructions Complete repetitive welding tasks while maintaining quality standards Meet production and safety expectations Participate in daily safety meetings and job briefings Communicate with supervisors regarding work orders and priorities Requirements Welding experience in a production or manufacturing environment Experience with MIG welding Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong focus on safety, quality, and attendance
