Job Location:
In-Person, $28.60-$37.40/Hour, 2nd Shift, Monday-Sunday, Excellent Benefits Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality industrial components and advanced coating solutions. They are seeking a TIG Welder to join their team. Your day-to-day as a
TIG Welder:
Read and interpret advanced CAD drawings, weld symbols, and manufacturing schematics for stainless steel components Measure, align, and precision-clamp thin-gauge stainless steel sheets and tubular parts using specialized fixtures Perform high-precision TIG welding on 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring defect-free and full-penetration welds Set up and monitor inert gas shielding and back-purging systems to protect weld zones from contamination Grind, blend, and passivate completed welds to meet strict cleanroom-ready and aesthetic standards Conduct rigorous self-inspections using calipers and gauges to ensure airtight and leak-free joints Your skills and experience: Proficiency in TIG (GTAW) welding, especially on thin-gauge stainless steel Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and weld symbols Experience with precision measurement tools such as calipers and gauges Strong attention to detail for quality assurance and post-weld finishing Familiarity with setting up inert gas shielding and back-purging systems Capability to work with minimal supervision and follow safety protocols What you can expect from
