Learn and operate solid wire MIG welding equipment to build high-quality commercial crab pots Master hands-on welding skills and precision techniques in a real-world production environment Collaborate with a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and getting things done right

Self-starter ready to learn welding from the ground up Own a welding hood and steel-toed boots (or plan to get them) Committed to a 90-day training/probation period Motivated by making tangible, high-quality products
