Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder to join our team on a first or second shift with a 4x10 schedule, offering an energetic work environment focused on precision fabrication and metal assembly. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in various welding techniques and mechanical fabrication processes to produce high-quality metal components. Your attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and ability to interpret technical drawings will be essential in delivering exceptional results that meet industry standards. This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about welding and metal fabrication to contribute to complex projects within a dynamic manufacturing setting. Responsibilities Perform welding operations using FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), MIG (Metal Inert Gas), and SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) techniques. Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication shop drawings to accurately execute welding tasks. Must be able to set-up and finish the jobs with or without a fixture. Properly prep the substrate prior to weld and clean-up for fit-up and appearance post weld. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols related to welding, machining, and handling of metal materials. Experience High School diploma or general education degree (GED). 2+ years experience as a welder. Industrial, manufacturing, or agricultural machinery experience is considered a plus. Other A weld skills assessment is required. Starting wage rate depends on experience. Night shift welders receive an additional shift differential of 8% .
