Position Overview The TIG Welder/Fabricator is responsible for performing TIG welding and fabricating custom sheet metal parts. This role involves understanding engineered drawings, creating components and fixtures, and delivering high-quality welds in a quick-paced manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and steel.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
  • Fabricate custom components, jigs, and fixtures to meet customer requirements.
  • Operate hand tools and machinery in accordance with safety standards and SOPs.
  • Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
  • Monitor material consumption and report any issues.
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills
  • 2 years of TIG welding experience (aluminum preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy production environment
  • Mechanical aptitude and solid math skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • A desire to learn, grow, and advance within the organization Additional Requirements

  • Proof of U.
