As a Structural MIG Fabrication Welder with an industry-leading manufacturer in Redmond, you'll turn heavy steel into components that power large-scale machinery across demanding applications. A Day in the Role Set up and perform precise MIG welding on steel parts destined for large-scale machinery. Read work instructions and collaborate seamlessly with fabricators, engineers, and technicians to meet build requirements. Verify every weld against rigorous quality and safety standards before sign-off. Maintain a tidy, organized work area aligned with a safety-first culture. What You Bring Hands-on welding experience; manufacturing or industrial background preferred. Ability to pass a weld test. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to exacting workmanship.
