12-Month Contract Join a Growing Manufacturing Team We're hiring Weld Specialists, MIG Welders, Production Welders, and Manufacturing Welders to support a fast-paced production environment in Redmond, WA. This role is ideal for individuals with MIG welding experience who enjoy hands-on work, reading blueprints, and producing high-quality welds in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on steel components and weldments Load and unload parts into welding fixtures and workstations Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols Verify weld size, length, and quality to meet specifications Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspect completed weldments using measurements and quality standards Arrange and fit parts according to drawings, fixtures, and layouts Support production goals while maintaining safety and quality requirements

Qualifications Required:

At least 1 year of MIG welding experience or technical welding school training Ability to pass a welding skills assessment Ability to read blueprints and follow welding specifications Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly Comfortable working in a production manufacturing environment

Preferred:
