FIT/FAB COMBO WELDERS
Are you a skilled Aluminum
MIG & TIG
Welder/Fabricator who can fit, fabricate, read shop drawings, and produce clean, quality welds? We're looking for experienced Aluminum Combo Welders/Fitters ready to put their skills to the test.
Location:
Woodland, WA Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30
PM Pay:
$23-$29/hour — DOE & weld test
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Fit, fabricate, and weld primarily aluminum structures Perform TIG/GTAW, MIG/GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW as needed Read and interpret shop drawings independently Select the appropriate filler material for each project Inspect welds for quality and accuracy Cut, grind, drill, mill, tap, and prepare aluminum and steel parts Set up welding equipment, wire, shielding gas, and related tools Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, protractors, and tape measures Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Work effectively as part of a team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of aluminum welding experience Strong
MIG & TIG
aluminum welding skills Mechanical and manual welding experience Ability to read and interpret shop drawings Experience with power tools Knowledge of cutting techniques, including oxy-fuel and plasma Strong communication skills Ability to bend, lift, and push up to 80 lbs ? Willingness to complete a weld test and math test ? Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Steel welding experience is a plus!
