We are looking for Welders who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to grow their careers in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Perform MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding on aluminum and stainless steel components. Set up and operate welding equipment, including machines, gas bottles, tips, and liners. Read blueprints and engineering drawings to complete projects accurately. Inspect welds for quality, including cracks, burn-through, and excessive spatter. Grind, clean, and prepare materials as needed. Make basic equipment adjustments and support preventative maintenance efforts. Follow all safety procedures, including fire prevention and hazardous waste handling guidelines. What We're Looking For Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding. Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as tape measures. Experience welding aluminum and stainless steel preferred. Basic math skills for fabrication and layout work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of manufacturing or welding experience. High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and follow work instructions. Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41600.00
