Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and metal alloy products Grind, fit, and finish welded components Read and follow specifications to ensure quality standards are met Inspect completed work for accuracy and craftsmanship Safely operate welding equipment and tools Collaborate with production and maintenance teams as needed Qualifications Required Experience with MIG and TIG welding Experience working with steel and metal alloys Ability to pass Vertical and Horizontal MIG and TIG Weld Tests Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively Preferred Mechanical experience Hydraulic systems experience Manufacturing or fabrication Schedule 1st Shift 🕖 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime available before shift 2nd Shift 🕞 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Overtime available after shift 10-Hour Shifts Available Must be willing to work either shift based on business needs. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $54000.00 - $63000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
