Work Environment This role is based in a manufacturing facility with a structured full-time schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., a one-hour lunch break, and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional Saturday shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., averaging around 54 hours per week. You will work with MIG and TIG welding equipment, steel fabrication tools, and follow standard industrial safety practices. Proper protective gear, including a welding hood, is required to ensure a safe and professional work environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chickasha, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
