Why You'll Love This Opportunity ✅ Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply ✅ All shifts available ✅ Opportunity to grow your welding skills and career ✅ Stable manufacturing environment ✅ Team-oriented culture ✅ Clean, organized, and well-lit facility ✅ Growing company with expanding production What You'll Do As a MIG Welder, you will: Operate MIG welding equipment to weld steel and aluminum components Read blueprints, work orders, and production instructions Set up welding machines and adjust settings as needed Replace welding wire, tips, and consumables Inspect finished welds and parts to ensure quality standards are met Grind, clean, and finish welds as required Load and unload materials on the production line Track daily production and report material shortages Identify and report equipment issues to maintain efficient operations Follow all safety procedures and quality standards What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Basic MIG welding experience or completion of a welding program Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to work in a manufacturing environment Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience Experience welding steel or aluminum Ability to use measuring tools and inspect finished products Work Environment You'll work in a clean, organized manufacturing facility with a strong focus on teamwork, safety, and quality. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Crystal Lake, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
