Welder Job Description We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team. The role involves sanding or grinding parts according to job requirements and verifying broken bits to remove them from drilled plates as needed. You will inspect drilled plates for defects and communicate any findings to the lead, as well as perform TIG welding as necessary. Responsibilities Sand or grind parts according to job requirements. Essential Skills 1+ year welding experience or certificate. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in MIG welding. Work Environment The work environment involves a manufacturing setting with hours from 6AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday. You will be using various welding technologies and equipment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $39.80/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
