Job Title:

Welder/Fabricator Job Description You will be working in a metal fabrication shop to complete welding work on frameworks and structural components for the industrial and commercial construction industries. Job duties include but are not limited too: frameworks pulp and paper production machinery, frameworks for material handling equipment, custom containers, and other enclosures. You will be given an opportunity to get a State of Wisconsin and AWS welding certifications through the company.

• If interested, you will also be given the opportunity to assist with custom fabrication and installations in the field
• Responsibilities Work from blueprints and engineered drawings to ensure work is completed to specifications MIG and FCAW weld structural materials TIG weld stainless materials for a variety projects Fit and tack weld parts into place prior to finishing welds

Utilizing Requirements:

2+ years of welding experience highly preferred 1 year of MIG, FCAW, or other structural welding welding experience required Experience with TIG welding processes preferred Experience working from blueprints and weld symbols required Why Work Here? Work Environment Our facility operates on a first shift with the flexibility of either a 4x10 schedule or a 5X8's Monday - Friday schedule. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of De Pere, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
