What You'll Do Manufacture steel trailer components, including and not limited to pre-cutting, drilling, and bending, followed by welding and finishing. Inspect products/equipment for defects/malfunctions. Maintain company quality, efficiency, and productivity standards. Uses equipment and supplies to perform work in accordance with operational standards. What You'll Bring 1-year minimum welding and fabrication experience. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing principles. Excellent technical ability and be able to carry out duties to a high standard within time frames. Strong commitment to Health and Safety standards. Cross trained in Facility associate duties. Sharp attention to detail and strong written/verbal English communication. A self-starter mindset — someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and doesn't need handholding. Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a small team. Willing to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on when the job calls for it. Ready to Apply?
