Milwaukee, WI Temporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stability Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job Description As a Welder/Fabricator, you will take projects from blueprint to completion, working on metal fabrication, electrical panel cabinets, and more. This role involves MIG welding, grinding, and finishing a variety of metals. If you have strong math skills, blueprint reading experience, and enjoy hands-on work, this opportunity is for you.Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to fabricate metal structures Cut, punch, drill, and weld materials including steel, aluminum, and brass Perform MIG welding (16 gauge- ½" steel) and grinding to high finish standards Ensure precision by measuring materials to 16ths of an inch Handle heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and meet company quality standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
Strong math skills, including converting fractions and decimals Ability to read a tape measure and work from blueprints MIG welding experience required; TIG welding a plus Valid WI driver's license required for insurance purposes Reliable attendance is essentialBenefits and Perks:
