CFR has 5 manufacturing facilities searching for quality individuals to fill these various roles in welding, fitting, fabricating and finishing. Experience is preffered but not disqualifying. CFR has a fully paid for in-house vocational training program that will equip candidates with a foundation of the skill sets required for our company. Our Welders, Fitters, Fabricators, and Finishers need to safely manufacture and install equipment from raw material such as process equipment, dryers, evaporators, tanks, and skidded systems. Welders will produce quality TIG welds of stainless steel materials. Finishers will grind and polish various welds and materials to make them sanitary and smooth to meet USDA requirements.
