Most work is aluminum (spool gun on our Hobart Handler 190), with occasional steel and stainless welding, supporting custom builds, structures, and one-off fabrication. This isn't a consistent-hours role, it's for someone solid we can call when welding is needed and trust to jump in, work clean, and keep things moving alongside our team. Requirements Strong aluminum welding skills (MIG w/ spool gun required) Fabrication and design-focused mindset Reliable, efficient, and easy to work with
