Full-Time About Our Practice We are a growing, patient-focused dental practice dedicated to building strong relationships within our community while providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for an outgoing, organized, and motivated Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator to help expand our local presence through community involvement, partnerships, and event coordination. Position Summary The Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, organizing, and attending local community events to promote our practice and build meaningful relationships within the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, event planning, and representing a positive and professional brand. Responsibilities Research and identify local community events, health fairs, school programs, and sponsorship opportunities Coordinate and attend community events on behalf of the practice Build relationships with local businesses, schools, sports teams, and organizations Organize outreach initiatives, giveaways, and promotional activities Represent the practice professionally within the community Help increase patient referrals and brand awareness through community engagement Coordinate marketing materials and event setup Assist with social media content related to community involvement and events Track outreach efforts and community engagement opportunities Collaborate with office leadership on growth and marketing strategies Qualifications Previous experience in marketing, event coordination, customer service, or community outreach preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable speaking with community members and representing the practice publicly Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events Social media and basic marketing experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive and energetic team environment Opportunities for growth and creativity Employee dental benefits
