As we continue to grow, we are seeking an engaged and high-performing X-Ray Technician to support our clinical operations and employer partnerships. About the Role The X-Ray Technician plays a critical role in delivering timely, high-quality diagnostic imaging services within an occupational health setting. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in structured, protocol-driven environments requiring technical precision, safety awareness, and strong collaboration with providers. You will work closely with physicians, physician assistants, and clinical teams to ensure accurate imaging, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient clinic flow. Key Responsibilities Clinical & Technical Duties Prepare patients for radiological procedures while ensuring comfort, safety, and professionalism. Obtain high-quality diagnostic radiographs as ordered by the provider. Maintain a repeat rate of 2% or less through proper positioning, exposure technique, and equipment handling. Follow all radiation safety standards, ALARA principles, and clinic protocols. Accurately document imaging procedures in the EMR system. Assist providers with imaging review and workflow coordination. Equipment & Compliance Ensure all radiology equipment is functioning properly and compliant with state and federal regulations. Immediately report equipment malfunctions to the Clinic Supervisor or Center Manager. Maintain required licensure and certifications. Support regulatory compliance including OSHA, state radiologic health regulations, and occupational health standards. Operational Support Maintain examination rooms and imaging areas in a clean and organized manner. Stock and manage radiology supplies. Request, retrieve, and track imaging records as needed. Support clinic efficiency during peak volume periods. Cross-assist clinical team members when workflow demands.

$28.00 - $31.00 per hour
