This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will be responsible for driving qualified lead generation, building our brand authority, and continuously optimizing performance across every channel we invest in. This position is open to both part-time and full-time candidates. The right person will bring a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of how customers discover and decide, and the ability to move fast and show results. What We Need From You You will be expected to take full ownership of our marketing output.
That means:
Developing and executing a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals Running and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms with a focus on ROI Managing and continuously improving our SEO and AEO presence so we rank for the right searches and appear in AI-generated answers Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on all channel performance weekly with clear recommendations Overseeing landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement across our digital presence Collaborating with leadership on positioning, messaging, and competitive strategy Identifying and testing new acquisition channels and growth opportunities Managing any external vendors, agencies, or contractors as needed Required Skills and Experience Proven track record in performance marketing with measurable results (leads generated, cost per acquisition, ROAS) Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign architecture, bidding strategy, and creative testing Deep knowledge of SEO including technical SEO, on-page optimization, link building, and local search Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and how to position content to appear in AI-driven search results Strong understanding of keyword strategy, search intent, and how to build topical authority Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and performance dashboards Ability to interpret data and make confident, data-backed decisions quickly Strong written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have Experience with local SEO and multi-location businesses Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation Background in high-consideration or service-based industries Experience managing or mentoring a small marketing team
Compensation and Details Salary:
