Senior Counsel, Sales & Marketing Location:
Miami, FL (4 days onsite) We're partnering with a global consumer-facing company on the search for a Senior Counsel, Sales & Marketing. This is a highly visible role supporting marketing, sales and revenue teams on a broad range of strategic initiatives, partnering closely with senior business leaders across the organization. Responsibilities Advise on marketing, advertising and consumer protection matters. Support major marketing campaigns, promotions and customer engagement initiatives. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including partner, agency and distribution arrangements. Provide practical, business-focused legal guidance to sales, marketing and revenue teams. Partner with stakeholders on new products, commercial opportunities and risk management. Experience 7+ years of legal experience. Strong background in marketing, advertising and consumer protection law. In-house experience with a consumer-facing company preferred. Experience supporting commercial transactions and strategic business initiatives. Ability to work independently and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
