Exceeds sales revenue budgets (ad, digital and subscription).Provides marketing support through community events, special sections, subscription programs, sales programs, etc.
Develops, forecasts, and sells profitable programs that contribute to APGs bottom line. Provides continuous analysis of current sales volume, potential sales and expanse of AMMs customer base.
Develops positive relationships with key customers and communities.
Works closely with editors of each newspaper/website assisting them as needed.
Reviews market analysis to determine customers needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
Champions sales data systems, provides training and clear expectations to all staff. Utilizes systems to provide timely feedback, reports and financial data analysis.

Five to eight years of experience with at least three years in management.
Proven background in developing, selling and negotiating large profitable programs.
Ability to creatively develop profitable sales and marketing programs to grow advertising and subscriptions is a must.
Proven track record of profitably delivering new and integrated programs (print, digital) is required.
Strong direct sales and marketing skill set required.
Ability to lead sales teams in multiple locations required.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and consulting skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to think creatively with an eye for achieving business goals.

The Multimedia Advertising Sales Manager provides sales and marketing leadership to new and existing clients.Essential Responsibilities:

Education & Experience:
Bachelors Degree or higher in business, marketing or related field.Five to eight years of experience with at least three years in management.
