We're currently looking for an Art Department Manager to lead our creative team, manage workflows, and help drive our projects from concept to completion. We're a collaborative team dedicated to producing high-quality print materials and digital content. What You'll Do Oversee all creative projects, from initial concept through delivery Review and approve designs, layouts, and final artwork for accuracy and quality Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and business goals eBook file prep and upload necessary files to all eBook providers Customer service for customer eBook download issues Contact Journals to create yearly budget for advertising Create and upload advertising material to journals Create monthly statement insert in both print and Constant Contact formats Maintain Facebook page Create promotional flyers when needed Update Website and print catalog Stay organized with department scheduling, budgeting, and vendor communication Keep workflows efficient and up to date with current publishing standards

What You Need Software Skills Adobe Creative Suite:

Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Quark XPress Microsoft Office Suite:
