$36,000 starting base salary Bonus opportunities based on store performance On-target earnings (Bonus pay) Totaling up to $60,000/year

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring a driven Assistant Sales Manager to help lead sales operations. This role is perfect for someone who can multitask, lead a team, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a direct role in building strong teams and helping stores hit performance goals. Proven track record required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with daily store operations & SALES SALES Help drive puppy sales and customer experience Lead training and support team members Manage opening/closing procedures & inventory Conduct initial virtual interviews and provide input Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews Maintain a consistent hiring pipeline for all locations

QUALIFICATIONS

Leadership or management experience preferred Strong communication and organization skills Strong phone skills Ability to multitask and take initiative Sales or specific retail experience Must have a love for animals Bachelor's degree preferred
