Arillic is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support one of the nation's largest federal recruitment programs. This highly visible, client-facing role combines project leadership, recruitment marketing, conference and event management, and strategic communications to support a national recruitment campaign. We're looking for someone who has experience building trusted customer relationships, coordinating high-profile recruiting events, managing integrated advertising campaigns, understand the power of data in recruitment, and bringing multidisciplinary teams together to deliver exceptional results. Primary Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of national recruiting conferences, career fairs, hiring events, outreach campaigns, and other high-visibility public engagement activities. Coordinate integrated recruitment advertising campaigns across digital media, social media, web, creative services, paid media, analytics, communications, and promotional materials. Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for government customers, building trusted relationships through exceptional communication and responsive project leadership. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including creative professionals, digital marketers, event personnel, media specialists, analysts, subcontractors, and consultants. Lead customer meetings, executive briefings, project reviews, and status reporting. Manage project schedules, staffing coordination, budgets, deliverables, risks, quality, and overall project execution. Coordinate subcontractor performance and ensure seamless integration across project activities. Identify issues early, develop practical solutions, and proactively keep projects on schedule. Support task-order planning, project startup activities, staffing transitions, and operational readiness. Collaborate with company leadership to identify opportunities for task-order growth, operational improvements, and expanded customer support. Maintain a relentless focus on customer satisfaction, execution quality, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 7+ years managing recruitment advertising, integrated marketing, communications, employer branding, or public outreach programs. Demonstrated experience planning and managing conferences, recruiting events, trade shows, career fairs, roadshows, or other complex onsite events involving multiple stakeholders and vendors. Experience coordinating integrated advertising campaigns across digital, creative, media, communications, web, and event teams. Experience serving as the primary client-facing project lead for complex customer engagements. Experience managing project schedules, budgets, deliverables, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams. Strong executive communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to travel throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area and occasionally within CONUS. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting federal government marketing, communications, recruiting, or outreach programs. Experience supporting DHS or other federal civilian agencies. Experience managing national recruitment or workforce marketing campaigns. Experience managing advertising agencies, media vendors, creative teams, or event contractors. PMP certification or comparable project management certification. Experience using marketing analytics, CRM platforms, applicant tracking systems, or campaign reporting tools.
